Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice . For custom orders, prices may be adjusted based on the current market price of gold and diamonds at the time of production .

Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. Items shown on the website may not be available in-store, and vice versa. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time .

Errors: In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any orders placed under the incorrect information .
4. Order Process & Acceptance

Order as Offer: Your purchase order constitutes an offer to us, which is subject to these Terms . We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, inaccuracies) .

Confirmation: We confirm receipt of your order by email ("Order Confirmation"). Our acceptance of your order occurs upon dispatch of the ordered product(s) .

Custom Orders: For custom or special-order items, production begins after we receive your final design approval and required deposit. Once production has started, custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable .
5. Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout .

Payment Due: Full or partial payment (as agreed) is required before an order is processed or shipped .

Financing & Layaway: If you utilize our payment plan or layaway services, you agree to adhere to the specific payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of payments made, as outlined in our separate Payment Plan Agreement .

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. For in-store pickup, risk passes when you take physical possession of the item . We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery .
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Standard Returns: Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs all returns and exchanges. Generally, non-custom, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase .

Non-Returnable Items: Custom, engraved, personalized, or sized items are final sale and non-refundable . Earrings may also be non-returnable for hygiene reasons .

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returned items .

Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order prior to production without penalty. Once production has begun (especially for custom orders), cancellation may result in forfeiture of your deposit .
8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Limited Warranty: We warrant that our jewelry is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [1 year] from the date of purchase . This warranty covers repairs or replacement at our discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear (e.g., chain breakage, scratching), improper care, unauthorized repairs, or loss of gemstones .

Gemstone Certification: Diamonds and gemstones sold with a certificate from a recognized laboratory (e.g., GIA) are guaranteed to match the description on the certificate. However, all merchandise is ultimately sold "AS IS" except for the specific warranties outlined herein .

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose .
